The BSA VWK 02/1300 is an excellent 2-roll pre-refiner for pasty chocolate masses.

Construction:

• highly wear resistant centrifugal chill casting roll cylinder
• automatic tempering with contact thermometer and solenoid valves
• pneumatically controlled scraper
• manual hydraulic cylinder pressure control
• driven by bevel gear motors with frequency converters
• fixed nip adjustment by hand wheel
• storage tank with rotary feeder and pneumatically controlled flap
• measuring of minimum and maximum fill levels in storage tank and infeed hopper
• discharge via screw conveyor with homogenizing effect
• switchgear with control panel and frequency converter adjustment switch
