Nibs alkalizing CNA

The CNA system is specifically designed to alkalize cocoa nibs. It will change the pH value of the nib to generate corresponding color reactions for specialized cocoa powder production. As the system is suitable for atmospheric pressure, overpressure, as well as vacuum, all desired colors can be produced. "Natural" brown, red, deep red, brown, deep brown and even black powder can be produced in this plant.
