Coffee roaster CR
The coffee roaster was developed to roast coffee with the highest aroma development level. This plant is based on a scientific cooperation between the ETH University in Zurich and G.W. Barth with the aim of reaching an optimum aroma yield. For this purpose, an energy transfer system was developed which allows a very gentle, yet very efficient energy transfer to the roast product.
Due to most modern process control, any time temperature profile can be applied to the roast sequences, providing limitless flexibility for each individual roast to every customer.
