Grain roasting machine TORNADO N

The grain roasting machine TORNADO N is used for roasting grain, such as barley, wheat, rye and soaked grain or malt. The plant allows a production of deep colours during a roast with EBC values > 1500. At the same time, a high solubility of the generated colours is reached as the Maillard reaction during the roast enables a long colour generation because of several controlled process stages.

• 1,000 - 5,000 kg/batch grain, such as barley, wheat, rye, malt
