Blanching plants S for hazelnuts
The gentle removal of the hazelnut skins without damaging the nuts surface was the driving force for the development of this blanching system.
Compressed air is used for the removal of the skins instead of the more traditional mechanical separation, resulting in an undamaged surface of the hazelnut. Maintenance is virtually nonexistent for this machine as there is no wear or tear on any mechanical element.
