Chopping machine CM

Efficiency of a chopping machine is rated by the yield of the desired fractions. Furthermore, the chopping tools should be wear resistant.

The chopping machine CM features crushing rollers, therefore the quantity of "under-fines" generated compared to knife based cutting machines is very low. Furthermore, the solid crush rollers are more resistant to foreign materials, such as stones and metal parts. Experience shows hardly any wear, even after years in production.

Particle size can be adjusted in seconds by adjusting the distance between the crushing rollers.
