Confectionery machines such as the Finn Coater, batch cookers and continuous cookers for high and low boiled confectionery syrups, are all part of DTG's range of confectionery equipment.
The Finn Coater is a chocolate panning (dragee) machine used to cover centers such as peanuts and raisins with chocolate. The confectionery cookers are used to produce a wide range of candy syrups including jelly, marshmallow, toffee and hard candy.
We also undertake overhaul and refurbishment of confectionery cookers and equipment.
